Study of magnetoelastic interaction in MnF₂ by the acoustoelectric transformation method

The mechanisms of magnetoelastic interaction in MnF 2 are studied using the method acoustoelectric transformation. temperature dependence piezomagnetic coupling coefficient and its anisotropy were determined antiferromagnetic phase. We observe a new effect consisting appearance non-diagonal component magnetic susceptibility tensor, which is proportional to square order parameter, under action shear wave. A phenomenological interpretation effect, takes into account small-angle rotation crystal lattice, presented. In paramagnetic state, acoustic deformation reduced modulation diagonal tensor.
